I started out with a Bang days the first 3 weeks then completed the last 3 weeks only incorporating it 3 days out of the week I added a variety of other workouts like Tabata, Strength training and cardio at the gym But I can say that this DVD does work you!!

It contains two metabolic strength training workoutsLevel 1 and Level 2. Level 1 I love, but it is recovery level. What I really like about this workout is you can do it 3 waysjust Level 1 or just Level 2, or a premix that combines the two workouts into an 80 minute workout. Now that one is actually somewhat extreme. The workouts are circuit based. Level 1 has 4 circuits and Level 2 has 5 circuits.

Anyone have any opinions? How crazy are workouts 1 and 2 done back to back? I had gym experience before I did it. I guess I could go back to it its been a while but if you do it for a long period of time, even level 30 gets too easy. Your results were amazing, was that only 30 days?
